Novva Bringing Major Data Center Campus to West Jordan

The Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED) and the Economic Development Corporation of Utah (EDCUtah) are pleased to announce that Novva, Inc. is building a 380,000 square-foot (sf) multi-tenant data center in West Jordan, creating up to 50 new high-paying jobs and an initial capital expenditure of $100 million.

The company projects capital expenditures of $60 million associated with the expansion.

Carvana plans to open an Inspection and reconditioning center in Tooele City, and to add 173 new high-paying jobs in the state in the next seven years. The company projects capital expenditures of $42.5 million associated with the expansion, and hundreds of additional jobs are anticipated as the company ramps up.
