Utah Metros Top Milken List

The Milken Institute has published their Best-Performing Cities Index for 2021, and five Utah metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs) are in the Top Ten (large and small categories).

Project Beach: Novacoast Opts for Orem

Cybersecurity firm Novacoast is expanding its Utah presence, and is likely to add 80+ jobs within two years.

Expansion Update: Route App, Inc. to Bring 3,353 Jobs to Lehi

Route App, Inc. will expand its Utah location, adding up to 3,353 new high-paying jobs in the state in the next 11 years. The company projects capital expenditure of $17 million associated with the expansion.

Project Cruiser/Zeus: Carvana Parks Itself in Utah

Carvana plans to open an Inspection and reconditioning center in Tooele City, and to add 173 new high-paying jobs in the state in the next seven years. The company projects capital expenditures of $42.5 million associated with the expansion, and hundreds of additional jobs are anticipated as the company ramps up.
