As part of a contract with Armada Skis, the GOED Board of Directors approved up to a maximum tax credit of $354,919 in the form of a post-performance Economic Development Tax Increment Finance (EDTIF) incentive, which is 20 percent of the new state taxes Armada Skis will pay over the eight-year life of the agreement.
