Building New Call Center in Draper

Draper—Avison Young, the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm, has announced that its New Jersey-based Project Management Services group has been retained to oversee the build-out of a 75,000-square-foot call center for leading e-commerce retailer

This is the second project that has awarded to Avison Young in the past year. The new 75,000-square-foot, Class A office space will be built at 12884 South Frontrunner Blvd. in Draper. The new building is a part of Vista Station, which is jointly owned by Gardner Company and the Boyer Company. Vista Station will include 1,000 residential units and 1.2 million square feet of additional office space. The location chosen by has excellent transportation access, LEED-certified buildings, and the redundant fiber and power infrastructure that is needed for their forward-thinking business.  Previously, Avison Young oversaw the build-out of 40,000 square feet for’s headquarters in Hoboken, N.J.

The Avison Young team overseeing the assignment includes Edward Walshprincipal and managing director of project management, Tracey Kaspervice president of project management, and Adam Wright, senior project manager.

The project, which is being designed by global architectural firm IA Interior Architects, is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2016.

“On the heels of a very successful project to build out our corporate office in Hoboken, New Jersey, it was an easy decision for us to once again engage Avison Young to manage the design and construction of our Salt Lake City Member Services Center, which, as a call center, has many similar attributes and challenges,” said’s Nate Faust. “Avison Young has proven to be a valuable advisor and representative of Jet, and we have been able to leverage their expertise and spend significantly less time on the project.”

In its role as project manager, Avison Young will oversee activities related to Construction, Security, Audio Visual, Information Technology, and Furniture. Unique features of the build-out will include a Game room, Grab-and-Go Micro Market, Relaxation Rooms, Meditation Room and a Screening Room.
